Terms of Use
Effective 5 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Borequlan Sandbar Signal and the informational pages published at borequlan.pro. The project is free browser entertainment, not a wagering or prize service.
Using the site
You may access the public pages and play Sandbar Signal for personal entertainment. Do not intentionally overload the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with normal site operation.
Fictional score values
Energy, marker points, streaks, and chart progress exist only inside the game. They are not money, stored value, redeemable credits, or an entitlement to a prize.
Changes to the project
We may revise game balance, visual presentation, copy, or availability as the project changes. A particular feature or browser behaviour is not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
Site materials
Original page text, branding, layout, and game presentation belong to the Borequlan project unless otherwise stated. Normal site access does not transfer ownership of those materials.
